Is there any Mormons who agree with me that Mitt is a Fraud? I really would like to know.

Do you listen to Glenn Beck? He’s Mormon and I think he’s been pretty open-minded about the Republican candidates, not throwing his support quickly behind any of them.

The other day he said something pretty interesting about Romney. Once when he had him on his show Romney just seemed too polished in front of the camera, saying all the right things. Then when the cameras were off Glenn asked if he could stick around a while and just chat for a while.

One of the guys who works on the show said that he wouldn’t vote for that guy who had just been so polished on TV. But the guy who sat and chatted with him when no cameras were on, he’d vote for in a heartbeat.

Essentially what Glenn Beck was saying is that although Romney seems too slick when campaigning, he has come to see that it’s not just an act. He thinks he’s really like that.

And he also said that he knows several people who know Romney from church and have known him well. They claim that he’s very genuine and would do almost anything for someone in need. They say there’s nothing phony about him.

I’m keeping an open mind about Romney myself. I was initially put off by his image as a politician trying to say the right thing, but I think there’s more to him than that. As of now my wife and I are probably going to vote for him on Super Tuesday.
