When GOP presidential hopeful Fred Thompson dropped out of the race this week, the former Tennessee senator gave no sign that he intends to endorse one of his rivals any time soon. But a sizable segment of Thompson's team of legal advisers quickly signed on with Mitt Romney.

Mitt is the closest to Fred on issues.
Simple as that.
We all expect something in return....like a decent country..one that isn’t pulled further down in to the muck by another Clinton. Even lawyers can think that.
I don’t trust anybody that dyes their eyebrows.
Give Fred the VP slot, Mitt, or I’m staying home.
You need a southerner, and no, Arkansas doesn’t count.

Every vote counts and it looks like Mitt is starting to pile them up. I’m hoping the country will rally around him now and then he will have more time to get prepared nationaly for the campaign against the democrat machine.
