Notice that his scores started to go down n 1998 when he was contemplating running for President. Then when he lost to GW his scores went lower.

He is still bitter about losing to President Bush and his votes are more against him than anything else (my opinion).

Hence, his "maverick", media-loving status.

Bottom line, he has thrown away his principles and I will not vote for him - ever...
