Four men on Tuesday pleaded guilty to a plot to kidnap a Muslim member of the Armed Forces from Birmingham City Center and behead him “like a pig,” the Times of London reports.
The suspected Islamic extremists belong to a group led by Parviz Khan, a charity worker who allegedly sent funds and equipment to terror organizations in Pakistan and was arrested last year during counter-terrorism raids.

Suggestions for a punishment to fit the crime?
Well, the cell was stopped, and the crew found guilty. They are probably looking at 20 years or more, and would only be released if they no longer posed a threat to the public. Which, is to say, never.
