McCain is PROLIFE. And that is why if he wins the nomination we must hold our nose and vote for him instead of staying home. If for no other reason, vote for McCain (if we wins the nomination) to defend innocent life.
Sorry, but a guy who filed a brief before the Supreme Court against Wisconsin Right to Life abortion protestors, saying they should not have the right to protest against abortion, is not going to protect life.
McCain has also said that Ruth Bader Ginsberg is a great justice, and he voted for her. And he’s for embryonic stem cell research.
Sorry, but him being Pro Life is not enough. The President has much less say regarding abortion than many others. He’s already proven that he is unreliable in appointing judges, and they are much more important in the Pro Life fight. Not worth it to me to let McCain stab us in the back on so many other matters. Don’t even trust him to be reliably Pro Life if he thought it would behoove him to change his stance.
McCain proved he is not pro life during the Schiavo case. McCain has said all kinds of things but cannot be believed.
