If Bush didn’t approve of water bordering, I would think he wasn’t doing his job. The dems would acuse him of going easy on terrorists also.
On that aspect of the war, Bush has done the right thing and these hearings are a complete farce.

I agree! Unfortunately, between McCain and the two 'Rat candidates it now appears a near certainty that the next President of the USA will be someone who would rather let 10 US cities get nuked than make any terrorists a bit uncomfortable long enough to try to learn vital intel to break up terror plots.
