This bleeding-heart judge needs to be held accountable.

What's so striking about this case are the "reasons" the judge gave for unleashing this monster.

I'm quite sure there is nothing in Massachusetts law which allows early release for being stupid, or for having a bad childhood.

If anything, those would be reasons to be detained longer.

So in addition to being foolish and dangerous, the judge is lawless.

Something is going to have to be done eventually about lawless judges.

I know he's a persona non grata around FR, for good reason, but the only person I can see who is doing something about judges now is Bill O'Reilly. He exposes stupid decisions like this, has his crew follow and question judges who make bonehead decisions, and bawls them out on the air. It's very refreshing. For all his superficial "research" on some topics, you have to hand it to Bill for his rabid attacks on child molesters and their enablers, like this judge.
