Now think on all the released rapists, child kidnappers and molesters who are back on the street and commit headline-making crimes. Why weren’t they ‘dealt with’ in prison?

Since that elderly defrocked child-molesting priest was killed by his cellmate in a Northeastern state prison a few years ago, prison authorities have striven to keep this kind of garbage from being dealth with by other inmates, usually by keeping them separate...
