Our best shot: 1) Out McCain on every issue in the primary process. Really hurt the old coot. If he ends up with the nomination it’s all out in public anyway and may deflect the impact of it when the Dems attack him; 2) Vote Huckabee to try to drive this to a contested convention in which McCain rose but is now clearly falling in the polls so that the delegates don’t just go McCain as the most popular candidate and the guy with the momentum.

Greg F’s great plan!

Well to be blunt your plan would have the opposite effect. McCain and Huckabee are in cahoots - no if, and or buts. Huckabee will hand his delegates over to McCain and the shows over. Of course your hatred for all things Romney is so strong that you can't even make a reasonable judgement let alone an astute one. If Romney's eliminated without enough delegates to erase Huckabee's and still deny McCain a plurality than there is no convention to broker.
