The scientists / beaurocrats got promotions with pay raises after they were caught cheating.

We are in so much trouble.

If you wondering why more wolves were not SSS the Feds had meeting with the Game wardens they told everyone you shoot one of our precious wolves we are going to arrest you toss you in jail for 6 months and 100,000 fine. Then the do gooder Eco-Nazis hired people to watch the ranchers full time. The wolf were collared and the eco-nazis were given monitors to track the wolves. One rancher that had the first cattle killed was threaten with his grand son being killed if he hurt a wolf. Remember you are dealing with Eco-cult that will gladly kill children if it helps their wolf.

You ought to write a book. It would be interesting and maybe keep someone from raising one. Cool

Who funds the ecofreaks staking out ranches?

It's a feeding frenzy. By depopulating rural areas and taking it over with bureaucrats and eco-retirees they get control of the Senate. That allows them to institute the treaties necessary to make the Constitution meaningless which has been the plan from the beginning. It is means to an end.

Why? Well when ranchers are gone, the only ones left will be leftist conservancies, which will ranch to their hearts' content, tax free. If they get tired of that they can sell to the Feds at inflated prices. Worse, the rest of the cattle will come from feed-lots or overseas. Globalist George Soros is the largest landowner in Argentina, the globalist Rockefeller brothers are investing in Brazilian rangeland, Cargill wants to sell grain to feed-lots, mining interests want higher prices for their products from overseas...

Feeding frenzy. Corporate control has been the real goal all along, from before the founding of the republic.

So, who funds the eco-freaks? The seed money for the Center for Biological Diversity came from globalist Ted Turner (who also owns South American Rangeland). Since then, they're funded by the US Taxpayer, Inc. with the fees awarded when they win a lawsuit against the complicit bureaucrats.

If you want to know more about how and why this works the way it does and what the antidote might be, freepmail me an address and I'll send you a book with my thanks for the tid-bits on wolves. Together with my knowledge of dogs it taught me a lot.

If you really want to know who is behind the left, my suggestion is To Eliminate the Opiate, a two-volume work by Orthodox Jewish Rabbi and former head of the Supreme Rabbinical Court in the US, Marvin S. Antelman (he's a pretty capable chemist too). It turns out that the Enlightenment that spawned the Constitution was part of a much larger picture.

I’m In Michigan, so I really don’t know. What we are trying to do in the Great lakes States is have the farmer take control of the problem wolves. Wisconsin and Minnesota can kill off the problem ones by an “issued tag” type permit by the DNR. Michigan, on the other hand is still stuck w/ their head up their @$$ !

The same people they brainwashed into giving them $$ by showing them puppy eyed creatures, or the one I like is the aerial shooting of the wolves. They, DOW (defenders of wildlife) portayed it as EVERY single wolf killed in Alaska is done this way. So the sheeple keep sending the $$ in.

I saw a DOW book sitting on my grandma’s end table and read it throughout. When I was done I asked her what she thought about this organization. She went on to state all the great things they were doing and how they were fighting for the wolves in Alaska. I told her how the wolves are over populated in certain areas and that aerial fly overs was about the only way they could get to the animals and quickly “cull” them. I told her about how the DOW will go to any means necessary to make the rest of us look like we are the bad ones. She stopped giving them money!

Great post. Yes the wolves are just one piece of the puzzle. Why we argue the good and bad of the wolves the leftist keep taking over our land. One acre at a time. The Eco Cult thinks it for wilderness but they are just being used. As soon as the people are cleared out the Corporate ranchers will quietly poison off all the wolves and raise beef and the food prices will go through the roof.

I don't think so. They'll bring in meat from abroad at those high prices while putting the gun to our heads: cave to global government and eat, or starve and fight.

Wow it is about total control. Your right. The wolf is the perfect weapon run all the ranchers out of business, wipe all the game animals, attack people that try to make it. I do a lot of research on wolves in the old newspaper reading about all the people killed in North America 100’s. Even one time 2 armed guys were killed. They were able to shoot 16 wolves but it was super pack of 50 and all they found was bloody bits of their clothing.
Without wolf control the game species will go through a boom bust cycle. One study in Alaska found it was every 17 years. The prey species would crash from too many wolves the following year the wolf would crash from starving. In area were people are of course people will be attacked and killed. In the book Wolves of Russia he talks about wolves that came right in town. The wolf would grab a child by the arm toss the body on his back and run for the woods. It was tactic to eat the child before help could arrive. A few wolves specially in this type of attack.

Where do you live zoology major? In your little cubicle-right? You read all about our wildlife out west, and know more than us four-generation: farmers, ranchers, and loggers, who families moved here before Idaho was a state, and still a territory. My family punched the first railroad into Latah County, from Spokane, Washington. The job continued down the Julietta Grade, down by Kendrick.

My great-grandfather was one of the founding pioneers in Moscow, Idaho. My grandfather, father, and my husband now worked in the woods, camped, fished, hunted, all through the Lochsa River, Clearwater Basin, Selway Bitteroot area, and the Northfork of the Clearwater. Elk are now at a l0% population in this entire area. The wolves slaughtered them, and the IDF&G won’t even admit it. They will lose all their wolf money. People here hate the wolves, and if you come here, I wouldn’t say I was a wolf watcher, you haven’t been off your comptuter, or out into the backcountry of Idaho; the outfitters, hunters, and sportsmen hiking and inspecting wolf scats have told me the truth. These organizations lie.
