Oh geeze not this again. This bill will NOT pass, and the sponsors know it. Mississippi has some of the most lenient smoking, gun, insurance, helmet, etc laws in the nation.

So, yes, this is for real and these elected officials actually believe this stuff."

Nothing lenient about the helmet laws in MS that I’m aware of, and I lived there 45 years.
