Sandoval, who represents the city's Excelsior district as the supervisor for District 11, will challenge Judge Thomas Mellon, who has served on the bench since 1994. Mellon, 65, was appointed by then-Gov. Pete Wilson, a Republican.

Sandoval, a supervisor since 2000, was a deputy public defender in San Francisco and previously worked for former Mayor Art Agnos.

All you need to know about Gerardo Sandoval is this appearance on Hannity & Colmes in which Sean interviews Sandoval along the shore of San Francisco Bay.

As is the format of Hannity & Colmes, the interviewee is grilled by the one who disagrees with him/her. Then, the one who agrees rides to the rescue. Hannity peppers Sandoval with questions about why the Board of Supervisors rejected docking the USS Missouri in S.F. Bay. When it comes time for Alan to jump in with more friendly inquiries, he gets a shock. Sandoval is nuttier than he ever could have suspected, and it becomes like a tag team match.

Enjoy.

Get used to these people, because if we don’t unite around our candidate and stop bickering among our own family, these types will be running the country along with their pals from Berkeley.

Sandoval wants the US to be just like his beloved Mexico ~ with little more than private militias and the FBI wearing uniforms.

Was he an anchor baby or what.

Is it better to have these types appointed by our own RINOs rather then the Dems?

Whether hanged from a gallows pole or hanged from a tree the results are the same!

I don't think his citizenship status has much to do with this subject. He's just a loon so far out, Alan Colmes started screaming at him. Did you watch the YouTube video?

Sandoval is a un-American American citizen. His position does NOT reflect his ethnicity, rather the fact that he is typical of the idiots who call Stan’s Fag Disco home.

BTW, FWIW - Hannity mentioned how Dianne Feinstein had made an earlier effort to get a Navy ship docked in S.F. (that effort failed too, but not in such a toxic anti-military atmosphere), and how she lamented how the city had become unrecognizable to her. Should Sandoval get elected to Superior Court, he will join a roster that includes Feinstein's daughter Katherine Feinstein Mariano.

Judge Feinstein (she goes by her maiden name) is the spitting image of her mother in her younger days (remember Dianne was once a rodeo beauty queen), and I was a prospective juror in her court not long ago. I found her to be professional, engaging, and (as I once said about Katherine Harris) downright cuddly.
