If they are preventing young men and women from entering the recruiting station, it is a clear violation of law and the police have an obligation to remove the demonstrators.

Pinkos definitely blocking access. Police are present but appear to observe but not act.

A man yells at Don Spark, who blocked the Marines recruiting office with two other protesters. Chronicle photo by Paul Chinn.
Police officers monitored the activity from across the street where anti-war protesters chained themselves together in an attempt to block the entrance to a Marine Corps. recruitment office in Berkeley.

Have them chain themselves to an abortion clinic or a planned parenthood outreach center and the full weight of he law will come crashing down upon them like the fires from hell. I have to say I am about to give up the good fight; it is just too depressing to witness the death of our country.

"The police have an obligation..."

Begs the question...
Where is the US Attorney's office in this...

The lease for the recruiting office is no doubt approved and paid thru US contracts and funds...

Fairly certain these could be federal charges if they wished to really enforce...

Wonder how the libby/pink Berzekely group will like the view and weather in Leavenworth, KS?
