Possibly, but she is clearly heard during the video screaming ‘why are you doing this to me?’. That doesn’t pass the suicide watch smell test for me.

it was a coed team holding her down and stripping her naked. IF they did a cavity search you couldn’t tell from the video. disgusting. just disgusting.
There were female deputy's, five of them. And two male deputy's.

That is in the video. They asked her if she thought about hurting herself and she replied “now or ever?” and and that point the cops couldn’t her clothes off fast enough. There was no smock to cover herself with though. I wonder why?
They asked her "have you ever thought of harming yourself?"...her response...was the wrong thing. She replied "now or ever?". They interpret that as a yes and strip her down. Complete over reaction and there are males in there.
Freaking GOONS! People need to get fired big time here and get a stiff “citizens” fine, i.e. a huge civil judgement.
I dont know, my internet is too slow to download the video. If she was being combative she should have been put in a restraint chair, untill she calmed down. We had drunks come into the jail all the time screaming “why are you doing this to me.”

I’ve never understood why anyone would call the police in the first place, except to verify an insurance claim resulting from an accident. Even then, I’m prettty leery of them. They are not our friends, anymore.

She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and I suspect the resisting arrest charge was a result of her reluctance to be strip searched.
I agree with the lawyer on this. This is an example of a government agency forcing its will upon an individual and, in addition, violating its own policies in the process.
This is what all government agencies will look like if Hillary is elected.
If she doesn’t end up owning Stark County, her lawyer’s not trying.

Perhaps. In case you aren't aware of this though, lawyers are hired to defend and protect their clients. If it were otherwise, why in Hell would one hire a lawyer.
I've bookmarked this web site because I'm interested in seeing the follow-on of this episode. I think that this Sherrif's Department has a serious problem on their hands. I personally think that they should shoot for bankrupting the county that owns that department. Her lawyer might want to bring in some outside help.
In that there were male officers at the nuding of this woman is particularly damning.
