Seriously, in my business if I am dealing with someone who gives me an aol email address, I sigh because I know that my dealings with that person are going to generally suck.

The Skype acquisition was awful - I hope AOL is not the same kind of deal. They need to innovate from within, but I don't think
eBay Desktop is the answer though.
