Looks like she found out ‘laughing hysterically’ wasn’t working for her so she replaced it with ‘coughing fits’.
Actually she should go to Havana...I would help pay her ticket..one way.

Wait a second, now. Your opinion doesn't count - by her way of thinking - because you're not a government health care provider. Maybe we should advise her to visit her nearest government health cooperative, the thing she gloated about in her '94 health care bill. After all, there would be no deductible and no co-pay for her visit. / Sarc
