The same exact article could be written substituting "John McCain" for "Mitt Romney".

Liberal and liberaler. That's what we're stuck with.

You would have to admit that governors do better than senators. Why? Most likely because fewer people have been faced with how they are going to be screwed over yet with a governor, than a senator.

With all due respect, your philosophy will play much better on a GOP forum.

There was a time that I would have argued the same point. But those days are gone for this "old" Constitutional Conservative.

As George Washington warned us about political parties, I am done supporting a candidate who is only a Republican and not a Constitutional republican.

It is a deeply personal decision and I in no way am attempting to sway your beliefs or those of others.

David is correct. That is the truth.

I suppose we are going back to the Carter years. Maybe forever rather than just 4 years.

I didn’t vote for Jimmy and I will refrain from McCain.

Hard lesson to be learned here.

Truth really is, all of them are liberal. If we vote, we are voting for the best choice of the worst.

I don’t fault anyone for that. However, we all have our own line in the sand. It is best at this point in time for people to do what they feel good about, rather than pleasing anyone else.

It isn’t as though we have a choice. Let the chips fall where they may.

Maybe there should be a right-wing, talk show party. For the most part these hosts seem to be the ones espousing the conservative ideas we believe in.

One of the two has to win.

Either you stand against Hillary/Obama or you don’t. Period.

If someone is a liberal it doesn’t matter if there’s an “R” next to his name.

If this country’s going into the toilet (and it WILL if ANY of those get in...worse if it’s Hitlary) I’d rather have a democrat get credit so a REAL conservative can win in 2012.

The Talk-Shows programming is a reflection of their audience. The fact that these Conservative Talk Radio programs are wildly successful relates to my stated belief that the majority of Americans are Conservative.

I’m aware of the vast number of self proclaimed “Libertarians” that also listen, but I also think most of them wish to “H” they knew what a “Libertarian” was.

It just seems to me the number of listeners that right wing talk radio enjoys could form the base of a pretty potent party. Maybe not, but we seem to be the biggest group of citizens that coalesce around a number of very unique and distinct principles.

The Democrats have always been little more than a co-op of different special interest groups, all of which get along simply because each has its own core cause and none of the various causes exclude the others. Having both black and a woman vying for the same co-op votes is going to make for an interesting spectacle. If the GOP weren’t embroiled in its own drama I could enjoy the Democratic earthquake a bit more.
