Shouldn’t that say “Republicans in Name Only” Endorse John McCain?

That is implied I believe,

Rush just talked about seeing this article on FreeRepublic. I loved his points on this. McCain is more then willing to work directly with Democrats and liberals, but not with Republicans or conservatives.

Hopefully this is the last time I ask this as I hate beating a dead horse, but HOW, HOW, HOW did this man get all these votes from Republicans and most likely a nomination? I feel as though I have been living on Mars for the last four years or in a dream land. I had no idea the liberals had completely overtaken our party--I knew there were specific areas for sure and with no doubt, but the whole banana? Wow.

I am sick of hearing judgeships....so we might have 2 or 3 more conservatives judges from pool to draw for supreme court....chances are when we get another conservative in the white house, he wont have any good judges too choose. I think we need work more on reigning in the SC than anything. we cant place our bets on our guy getting us a conservative judge in the sc

Attn Huckabee supporters. How will you feel when the Huckster turns his delegates over to pro choice McCain? You still have time to stop this in upcoming primaries. But I honestly don’t think you will.

Not really. One chooses death. The other chooses life.

“Not really. One chooses death. The other chooses life.”

I was speaking of the inherent contradictions of the positions. But I get what you’re saying.

What makes you think he wouldn’t each across the aisle for approval from is good friends regarding judges? He has no history of either appointing or nominating judges. He voted for some but that means nothing.

A group like this doesn’t endorse unless they see promise in a candidate (maybe even have received assurances from a candidate).

I just don’t think people can be scared into voting for someone who is unfit to serve. Not anymore.

I live in NY state. There is no state wide Republican party. Their used to be a Conservative party. But now in many places, candidates run both on liberal & conservative lines. I think this may be more common in other places than I realize. That could explain things.

I heard LImbaugh asking a caller to name the head of the RNC. She couldn't. The Rush said either could he. That says a lot about the party overall.

“The important element is judgeships, and I’d rather have him than Hillary or Obama choosing them.”

Not me. McCain would try to fool his own party by claiming his judges are constructionist, while we end up with a Souter or Darth Vader Ginsburg.

At least when Hillary or Obama choose judges, they’ll know they’re in for a hella fight.
