I actually do like it, or liked it. But it’s changed drastically over the years, and the political landscape I loathe. But the Bay Area is a very beautiful and scenic place. Just too crowded now.
I have heard similar reports on the KNEW traffic news about dropped ladders in the freeway during rush hour. A small price to pay for affordable gardners and handymen in the posh suburbs I suppose.
Did you hear Savage & the story of the illegal who stole a car in San Jose and headed north, but broke down just past the bridge near Tiburon? Guy stopped to help him, he (Jose, Manuel,whatever)pulled a gun and stole the man*s car. Police caught him later. Oh and there are ladders every so often on the freeways around Sacramento, but then you know they just come here to work—Mexicans/or Latinos are hard workers and the average white man can*t keep up with them in certain jobs—field work, orchards; but they get careless , and the main thing is they should come here legally!! And should we grant their kids citizenship and benefits just because they*re born 2 minutes after crossing the border illegally? NO! No bueno!

oh yeah. 2nd life is virtual world some people pay real money to buy virtual items...ie virtual furniture for their virtual house. I messed around with it some but all I could do was walk around and change my appearence.
@#!# the wife just called. She said the storage shed I labored on for 1 week in Nov is no more. You know the storms that ripped thru the south. She hasn’t seen it yet, she is staying with her mom, neighbor had called her. I am hoping a few shingles have kicked loose on the roof, I had been patching a few leaks, could use a new roof. She will take pictures.

I think McCain could beat Hillary, but maybe not Obama.
