God can, and has throughout history, use nonbelievers to do the right thing. Lincoln was not a Christian until shortly before he died, for example.

I believe God’s will is to vote for the person who will do the right thing and who’s got at least a chance to win. Huckabee has had no shot of winning since Florida, and he knows it. Why he stays in to help McCain should make any Christian wonder about him.

Romney’s the only conservative who has had any chance to defeat McCain, though a rather slim one now. But I think many Christians wouldn’t vote for him because he’s Mormon, even though the nation’s founders said there should be no religious test.

It’s the issues that are important. Romney said he would appoint conservative justices. But because of McCain-Feingold, Rudman, and McCain’s comment that Alito is too conservative, I think it’s a much safer bet that McCain would not.

Yeah I know . Mr. Perfect, says... I’m sorry but I would prefer to go by what Mr. Perfect does. Don’t turn this into a religious issue. There has been bashing on both sides. How about if we just stick to issues?
