This was foreordained by the elites in the two factions of our one party system. Shortly after the Soviet Union won the Cold War, and it changed its name and took down the Berlin Wall, our benefactors decided that we would get 12 years of a “holding pattern” that would permit the integration of the West into the economic system. Now that’s done, and to complete the integration we must be made more like Europe: socially, culturally, and in terms of the citizen-state relationship. McCain and Clinton are nearly identical where it matters to the elites.

These primaries have been a fiasco, and the public was suckered into the final selections by the desires of the biased, liberal media with their pundits and talking heads and predictions aimed specifically at the easily-swayed, “touchy-feely” masses who vote with their emotions and feelings. The only commentator I agree with is Kinky Friedman (sorry) who just said on FOX that “politics is hideous.”

The next seven months are without hope, and the next four years will be disastrous when any of the remaining leading candidates ends up sitting in White House. With just a RINO, and a liberal (socialist/Marxist) ending up as final candidates I don't know why they just don't join forces and unite under one banner. There is no defined line between them (or the parties) anymore. Our choices are gone. It’s the end of the true democratic system; goodbye to the plans of our Forefathers' for balanced representation and hello to Big Brother government. However, it is making me think that the Dems who don’t like Hillary (since Obama might soon be out of the picture), might vote for McCain, and the Republicans who don’t want McCain will go for Hillary (as we have seen stated recently from many). There is no significant difference in the role either will play as POTUS. They both are frightening candidates and neither will bring a balance of government or honor to the office.
