It looks like the recession and other factors may take care of biodiesel. Here's a story about an ethanol plant in New Mexico closing it's doors before they opened. I also foresee the proposed 100 million gallon-per-year plant to be built in west Texas by Panda not going forward. For the plant in Texas, the issue appears to be who is going to pay for the road to the plant. The sad state of economic affairs in the TXDOT does not bode well for the new Panda plant.

Conagra Drops Plan for Ethanol Plant at Clovis
