I’m more concerned that we keep SCOTUS balanced, if not totally in our favor. The left has used SCOTUS to screw us over and mess with our Constitution time and again. I think our other problems can take care of themselves if we safeguard SCOTUS.
And since I’m dreaming, I’d like the House and Senate firmly back under (R) control too, LOL!

It’s 4(C), 4(L) and 1 swing.
There will be (probably) 2 Ls retiring. Whether it is McCain or a Dim appointing they will be replaced with 2 more Ls and the court ‘balance’ will stay as it is.
