BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — A woman shot at least two people then turned the gun on herself Friday morning at Louisiana Technical College, police said.

Few details were available. Cpl. L'Jean McKneely said he did not know how many people were shot or whether any of the shootings were fatal.

BATON ROUGE, La. - Baton Rouge police say a young woman killed two female students in a classroom at a college, then killed herself.

Sergeant Don Kelly says police don't know the women's names or ages, or whether the killer was also a student at Louisiana Technical College.

He says the first two women killed apparently were in their seats in the second-floor classroom.

The incident occurred Friday shortly after 8:30 a.m. Kelly says Baton Rouge police got many cellphone calls saying people had been shot.
