I think a third party might have a chance to put a scare into both parties like Perot did in 1992. It will not be Ron Paul. I think Lou Dobbs could have that chance. This article did not mention illegal immigration, but that is 800 pound gorilla in the room that Senators Clinton, Obama, and McCain want to avoid like the plague. If someone wants to hit which ever of the three these two corrupt parties nominate, then illegal immigration is their feet of clay.
I think they ignore this for the same reason they do it in Europe. Because they need the immigrants to help fund the massive entitlement program tsunami coming as the baby boomers continue retiring and needing medical services over the next 20 years. The younger the immigrant the better because you can bleed them longer before they become a drag on the system. That and the incentive of cheap labor for big contributors.
