Congressman Duncan Hunter's endorsement of Governor Huckabee
is helping to bring defense and border conservatives on board:

"I got to know Governor Huckabee well on the campaign trail," said Hunter...
"Mike Huckabee is a man of outstanding character and integrity."

“Republican White House long shot Mike Huckabee cast himself as the New York Giants of political candidates, a scrappy David hustling to knock off Goliath.”

For reference:

“Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, since he has taunted the armies of the living God.”
—David (1 Samuel 17:36)

So maybe Giuliani was like the lion, and Romney was like the bear?

There is no reason not to vote for Huck at this time since when one looks at the alternative (McCain) can it really be any worse.

Huck owes me an explanation of why he wasted his time in Massachusetts the Saturday before the Super Tuesday primaries. It looked like he and McCain were tag teaming Romney in his home state.

Rush Limbaugh claims a McCain-Huckabee ticket, but I wonder if that’s true. The MSM and others like Club for Growth have their picks. I don’t see Huckabees name on those lists.

There’s no McCain on my list for anything, I know that for sure.

I was never a Huckabee fan, but I want to see him win as many states races as possible so he can place a big foot into McCain’s rear end.

Huckabee won the Kansas caucuses and beat McCain, the presumptive nominee, in Louisiana Saturday night - though there will be a runoff because neither crested 50%.

Huckabee insisted yesterday he's in the race for the duration, or until McCain wraps up the 1,191 delegates needed for the nomination - even though the Arizona senator now leads 714 to 214.

....... though there will be a runoff because neither crested 50%......

Where is this coming from? A runoff..... Not according to the rules in LA. The delegates go to the National convention as uncommitted.... Guess the Huck is hoping or damn poor reporting......

......even though the Arizona senator now leads 714 to 214. .....

The Huck needs according to the above numbers 977 more delegates. There are only 941 delegates left to be selected. Of course there are uncommitted delegates which could conceiveable become his such as the ones MI took away from Romney after his dropping out or the Party - bonus delegates in some states which go as uncommitted.

McCain still needs some 477 delegates in some from the available and uncommitted. That means using just the available that left to be chosen he'll need just over 52% of them.

If Huck or some other candidate could split up some 465 if the 941 that's left then we may could have a brokered convention..... So many senarios it gets confusing at times but interesting....

"I majored in miracles... "

Your boy Huck would have done a lot for his cause if he hadn't been saying stuff like this.

Huck can do the nation a favor by attacking and pushing McCain’s self destruct button. Get him pissed and see him go off on a tirade.

On the other hand maybe America is tired of calm religion-of-peace type Presidents. Either way we need to see if McCain can STILL handle the SHIITE.
