George Bush pandered to the illegals and raised the GOP's slice of the Hispanic vote to 40%... so the GOP should support making 20 million illegals citizen for the GOP to get 40% of their vote. I think W was planning on spending hundreds of billions of gringo taxpayer money on Hispanics to get the percentage over 50%.
