Hillary got $8 million just for her book deal.
Since then Bill’s taken in almost $40 million from the Dubai Ports Authority for brokering the deal to take over the ports here in the US, and his buyout.
That alone is enough.

The bottom line is that the money is from Bill’s shady dealings since he’s left office. How about before he took office. Ever hear of ADFA(Arkansas Development and Finance Agency). The Toon used that for his own private piggy bank while governor.

that is the 39.6 tax bracket. this nets 4.6
