Our only daughter took a Rape Aggressive Defense course, with several of her fellow Girl Scouts, that was offered by our local police department. It covered many of the things you mentioned. Their 'final' was a simulated attack by one of the detectives. These guys padded themselves everywhere, then told the girls to fight like their lives depended on it, because in a real attack, it just might. I was so proud of our daughter and her friends. They beat the snot out of those guys!
