If that were the case why would she get rid of a Hispanic to recruit a black? I think she has sensed enough support among Hispanics to take their vote for granted, and now trying to mend relations with the blacks.

HillBilly was winning in all the states where there was a sizable Latino population. Perhaps that'll now change for the worse, when they see that Hitlery is so easily disposed to throw overboard such a successful Latina.

But surely no one outside the PIAPS's campaign believe Maggie Willams' presence will significantly improve its voting among African Americans.

I doubt Hillary thinks that way, either. Maggie's there because of the likelihood more bodies and unusually-sourced buckerooskies will turn up, and the PIAPS knows Maggie can be trusted with sensitive info like that.

I’m utterly baffled that Hillary can even get anybody to work for her at this point. Her angry tirades and Gestapo treatment toward staff is legendary. That and the fact that she and Bill leave a trail of dead bodies wherever they go is more than enough to keep anybody normal away.
