I say Hillary sues the DNC over the delgates in Florida and Michigan.

And she will get her way as usual. Don't ever count out the Clintons. I have done that too many times in the past even as much as I wish they would GET LOST.

Blacks would support Democrat candidate Obama in the general election (as per usual), along with the rest of the useful idiots. If Republicans couldn’t muster to defeat them all, they deserve to lose.

This is a struggle between the old guard Irish Democrats (Chicago Machine AND the Kennedys) vs the Clinton Mafia.

IF Obama wins, I believe he will be a tool of these folks.

But still, better than a Clinton win.

You are so right. This place has gotten crazy. The hate for McCain has risen to huge temper-tantrum levels. Personally, i was strong for FRed, but with him out, well, McCain is the best of the probable viable candidates.

I am amazed how little Realpolitic experience there is here.

George Will had it right this morning. Too many Conservatives have become a bunch of cry babies who want to weep in their tents, just as Achilles did, with the same result.

Plus, he will be rather easy to beat in November.

In February, he is the Golden Boy. So was Dean, Weasley Clark, Muskie, etc.

By November, he will be an empty suit, former (?) Muslim, member of a White-hateing church, a drug dealer, owned by the Chicago machine, a good maker of speeches with empty promises, married to a Black Hillary.

We would be sooooo easy to run and advertise against.

Obama is owned by MoveOn.

At least they said they own the Democratic Party. Better Hillary's camp is away from this fringe group and more moderate in choice of company.

Two different platforms. Would be best you pick the one you might lose to--just a suggestion. Repubs are not doing so well right now, sorry to say. This is no reflection on Bush. The Republican candidates are like experiencing a choir that has become annoyingly tone deaf while singing the same old lyrics.

No I think your proposal is principled and your heart is in the right place. The response I would give: “Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s” and “My kingdom is not of this world.”

...Agreed. He is being helped out now by crossover voters who hate the Beast, and want an end to the Clintoon madness. I plan on voting for Hussein in the HI primary, since I’m a registered Rat, only to stop the Beast, who would use every trick in the book to get power..

But I won’t vote for a pro baby killing, tax raising, surrender to terrorist Muzzie in November, and either will Latino dems. I think McCain will trounce Hussein.

Almost right. I coined it on CSPAN at the FReeper Victory Brunch in early Feb. 2001 - Satan’s Daughter. Although some FReepers thought that was over the top, I think almost all now attest to the accuracy of the comment.

I fear a few of their heads are about ready to explode.

Really? Wow! From what the other members of the class of '98 Freepers are telling me this is tame. I remember one of my first days on Freeper. Wandered into the Illegal Alien thread. This was before it became such a mainstream issue. I wondered if I had feel thru the looking glass. Never seen such bile and hate being thrown back and forth. Compared to some fights I have seen, this is calm. The fight over Dubai Ports and Harriet Meirs was worse. This too will pass. It only when Freepers are truly engaged that passions get this hot. Give it a couple of weeks and they will have burned themselves out. After all, Super Tuesday was only 6 days ago as amazing as that seems.

Nonsense. Go read the what the McCainiacs are saying. It pure emotional hysteria. Mostly it consist of screaming shrill insults at the "extreme right". The "extreme right" being defined as anyone who does not slavishly worship John McCain. That isn't going to win your guy any votes.

The McCain people aren't even trying to answer any of the questions and concerns about McCain. They are just screaming hysterically at anyone who voices any doubt about their candidate. Questions are responded to with rote campaign slogans and dubious campaign talking points. If McCainics don't like the reaction that is producing in Freepers, suggest the McCain people change their tactics.

What the problem is that Freepers know McCain's real record. They know the McCain record being presented by the campaign is a carefully airbrushed revision. All campaigns revise their candidates record to accent the positive and conceal the negative. So when the Campaign bots show up singing this McCain Cult of Personality song about McCain Freepers tend to get angry. They know they are being mislead. McCain's real whole record is quite different from the selective one being spun here.

Super Tuesday was 6 days ago. The McCain people should relax. They have just under 9 months to change people minds. Coming here with this full court press on McCain is a mistake. It is just keeping the Primary wounds open.

McCain's best recruiting tool is going to be the Democrats. They are going to scare a lot of Conservatives into supporting McCain. Coming here now, as the McCain people have been, screaming insults and trying to browbeat people into backing McCain, is not going to work. You all are not going to change people minds, they are going to have to do it.

So relax McCainiancs, time is on your side.

I am amazed how little Realpolitic experience there is here.

Plus, he will be rather easy to beat in November.

I amazed that you say the 1st and follow it up with the 2nd. Here is the problem in communication you McCainics have here. You are so insultingly arrogant at the same time you are so fundamentally ignorant. Passion and commitment to your campaign is a good thing, arrogant cockiness about your candidate's chances is not.

No Obama will not be "easy" to beat. I am amazed that you lecture Freepers about "realpolitic" experience and then demonstrate such simple political ignorance.

It is very very very difficult for any party to win 3 Presidential elections in a row. In the last 75 years only the people following Major significant Presidents, Reagan and FDR, have managed it.

Everyone else has failed. Stevenson failed (1952), Nixon failed (1960) Humphery failed (1968)and Gore failed (2000) Only Bush 1 and Truman managed it and they road either FDRs or Reagan's Legacy to do it.

McCain has no such structural advantage. Bush 2 will not have a positive effect on the voters given his approval ratings.

The Democrats are like we were in 2000, Ground Glass Democrats. After 15 years they have their 1st chance to grab all 3 branches of Govt, they are fired up.

Obama or Hillary have massive advantages in money, organization and enthusiasm. We have a nearly broke tired old, poor speaking 25 year political insider.

According to all polling data the whole country is seriously pissed at the political class. Everyone in politics is seeing record low approval ratings.

Who is going to be better able to spin themselves as the outside running against "business as usual" in DC? A 1 term senator from the party out of power or a 25 career politician who is probably the 2nd or 3rd best know politician in the USA?

Structurally, this is a very hard year for the GOP. Only time will tell if the Democrats manage to self destruct. Looks right now like they might, but in politics, 9 months is an eternity. The Democrats are evil and corrupt but they are not stupid. For the most part, they are much better at politics then our side. They love this crap, most of our side merely endures it. The GOP faces a very tough fight this year. Anyone saying any different is simply lying to themselves

I’ll believe it when the organ transplant team arrives to harvest her organs. Until then, she is alive and well and extremely dangerous to our country.

You sure you want him to win the nomination ? Just look at the contrast between him and McCain ,The morons in this country will flock to Obama as the rats to a pied piper ,McCain looks old and tired and Obama will kill him with his left hand compliments such as John has done a fine job during his half century of service to his country.
