And here are his
beliefs. Substitute "black" wiuth "white" and see if those ideas would be acceptable to the MSM.

Lets not overlook that Obama has also topped Clinton in constitutionally unauthorized federal spending, his liberal voting record in the Senate for '07, and evidently his stance on abortion too.
Obama beat Clinton for the top person for constitutionally unauthorized federal spending as evidenced by the following page.
http://www.nuwireinvestor.com/blogs/investorcentric/2008/02/presidential-candidate-budget-analysis.html
This post (<-click), although addressing a tax related thread, tells how constitutionally clueless federal "leaders" like Obama are foolishly carrying on the 10th A.-ignoring federal spending practices of FDR.
(Anybody who feels inclined to comment about the above post, please do so in this thread.)
And one organization regards Obama as the most liberal voting senator of '07.

And this post reflects on Obama's extremist pro-choice stance.

Yes, Obama evidently excels over Clinton in many things.

Maya Angelo from what I have seen of her regardless of what others say...she is a decent woman.
I might not agree with her politics of which I don’t know only what I read here.
I have seen her stand up for and talk to the younger black generation about her shame of how they have grasped a material pop world and the direspect they show to each other.
From the little I have heard her speak she is a woman who knows suffering and has perservered to become the woman she is and have to believe she is a God fearing woman.
From the little I know of her.

Does anyone else have a problem with the phrasing of the title: "The Audacity of Hope?"
Perhaps someone better educated in the rules of grammar could enlighten me, but it should read "The Audacity to Hope." "Hope" is not a person and, therefore, cannot be audacious. But the latter phrasing would refer to an implied subject capable of possessing this trait.
I just hate when politicians throw around words arbitrarily that sound profound but don't actually make any sense.

So, let me get this right. The category was “spoken word album,” and the nominees were Obama, Clinton, Carter, Angelou, and Alda.
