I was there...in the third row center...it was greeted modestly at best, despite the McCaniacs put in strategic spots.
Many folks never stood once, applause was polite but tepid.
McCann folks came around and removed Romney signs from people, with vigor, and two women in the front row who did not stand were told to leave the event mid way through. They did not do so, but it was a scene.

Who gave them the authority to do that? This was a CPAC convention, not a McCain campaign event!
Thanks. It's good to get a first hand account from someone to counter all of the FR conjecture and third (fourth, fifth...) hand accounts.
Shhhhh, don’t make such a scene. The McCainiacs think they’re the only ones here.
