So what? Everyone’s trying to dig up dirt on Senator McCain. Tojo liked baseball; should we give up playing the game? The Communist Party opposed segregation; should we have retained that institution? Merely because Party A and Party B are for the same issue doesn’t make Party A allies with Party B.

I think the Senator was in error in this issue, but Iraq and the War on Terror are still Issues Number 1 and 1a on the calendar, and Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Obama will be a disaster to American foreign policy if they are elected.

Do a keyword search for “McCain” today on FR. Each bad decision he made can singularly be dismissed. Collectively, it is obvious we must prevent McCain from getting the nomination.

Comparing an affinity to a sport with an affinity to reward illegal invaders with free government funds and immediate citizenship is only only silly, it's absurd.

And as I've said before, so I'll say again: victory in Iraq is preferred, but not at the loss of our homeland to the illegal invaders and the granting of the rights of U.S. citizens to foreign terrorists. McCain fully intends to do both of those very things; each of which by themselves assure our losing the war on terror in the long run.
