Here's an interview with Maria Isabel who is a ... (more) Added: February 12, 2008 Here's an interview with Maria Isabel who is a precinct captain for Barack Obama in Houston Texas. She was previously recently featured in a piece by the same TV station in which she was shown opening a new volunteer office for the Obama campaign. In the office, next to a small poster for Barack Obama, she had hung a HUGE Cuban flag emblazoned with the image of Che Guevara. Guevara was the Argentine murderer that helped establish the Castro dictatorship in Cuba before he was killed by Bolivian Rangers after trying to launch a similar guerrilla war in that country. Guevara was Castro's chief executioner at the Military Fortress called La Cabaña.

During the interview Maria Isabel Reveals that she is in fact Cuban herself. Most Cuban-Americans despise Che Guevara, Fidel Castro and the communist regime. Then again most Cuban-Americans are Republican. Obama's supporter and Democrats in general deny their socialist tendencies. Ms. Isabel apparently didn't get the memo. She's gotten it now.

WOW! How messed up do you have to be a Cuban-American and have a Cuban flag emblazoned with the image of Che Guevara on it? Maria Isabel was one of the Houston area Obama volunteers who had that Che Guevara flag on her wall (another group of Houston area Obama supporters also had the same flag on their wall). Could anybody out there explain Maria Isabel's thinking? The only possible explanation I have is that maybe she has connections to the Cuban government. It has happened before.

BTW, I have rarely seen such a blatant example of SQUIRMING as I have seen in this VIDEO.

The reporter kept asking about "the Cuban flag". It wasn't the Cuban flag, per se, that was so telling, but the imposition of that murderer Che', superimposed on that particular flag.

The reporter blew it. She asked the wrong question, by asking an incomplete question.

Maria Isabel reminds me of a Spanish teacher I had in the ninth grade. Miss Sanchez who was also a Cuban AND a Castro supporter. It was eerie. I mean who ever heard of a Cuban in the USA who supported Castro? Almost every day she would tell us how great things were in Cuba under Castro. Meanwhile she was constantly mocked by us students who challenged her to return to Cuba if things were so great down there. Finally she didn't show up in class because she did go back to Cuba. Then months later we heard that she was jailed soon after her arrival in Cuba.

Hee! Hee! I guess the Castro government figured that any Cuban stupid enough to RETURN to Cuba had to be a spy.

It turns out that Maria Isabel is a PRECINCT CAPTAIN for Obama.

I guess she is hoping that this whole Che Guevara flag controversy will just blow over. Sorry, Maria, but the Cuban-American community will never let it go until you explain yourself. No attempt to squirm your way out of this will work.

WOW! The more I dig into the background of this Maria Isabel character, the more INTERESTING it gets. Check out this BLOG. It is written by someone sympathetic to Obama but is worried about the damage Maria Isabel can do to him. According to this blogger, Maria and her husband flew that same Che Guevara flag over their apartment. Apparently Maria and her hubby have done something to really piss off their neighbors. Will research that and report back.
