Officials now promise to retrofit hundreds of showers with politically incorrect, higher-pressure nozzles. A student with a drill and maybe a pipe wrench should fix the problem without the university having to spend a year to fix the problem.
One stressed-out student worried about time management: "This translates into more time spent in the shower. Does everyone really have all those extra minutes?"
More than time manangement, do the longer shower times counteract the water savings. Much like having a 1.6 gallon toilet requiring two flushes to get the job done compared to the "Wasteful" 3.5 gallon one.

Point well taken, but the Bart Simpson in me can't resist pointing out that 1.6 + 1.6 = 3.2, which is still less than 3.5.
Now if it were three flushes...!
