I’m not one who is inclined to quote “end times prophecies” in relation to current events and certainly not a Bible scholar (or any other kind of scholar, for that matter), but there’s a line somewhere in that Book about “people falling under a great delusion”. This Obamination phenomenon may be an example or precursor of that.
