Does anyone know if any reporter has dared ask Obama what he thinks about this assassination?

It won’t be long before they accuse us, too. One of my sources who grew up with Mugniyeh and remains close to his family in Lebanon, told me yesterday morning that Hezbollah surveillance teams picked up the arrival at Beirut airport of an 8-man U.S. paramilitary team just two days before Mugniyeh was killed.

Somehow I don't think our specops boys use the Beirut airport when they travel. But, I really don't know...any comment from the more informed?

I believe when Americans realize the full extent of the Iranian government involvement in the 9/11 plot, they will demand action from their president – no matter what party affiliation that president may have.

Works for me. Bomb Iran.

I'm not more informed, but I agree it is unlikely that they arrived by commercial scheduled air.

Maybe one or two of them might have - probably on seperate flights. But I doubt that any commander would risk the whole 8 man mission by sending the team in all together so Hez surveillance could pick them up. Not good tradecraft.

First, there is the evidence discovered very late in the day by the 9/11 Commission, which I describe in detail in Countdown to Crisis. What is astonishing is that this information has not been widely publicized.

BUT we are learning everything about steroids & baseball. What are your priorities?

Rush’s interview with Timmerman in his latest newsletter is chilling, wonderful, just the best. Must buy Shadow Warriors.

‘they will demand action from their president’ oh and truly, if Obama is Prez, he will retaliate with a mean conference, look straight in their eyes, and ask them PLEASE to not do that again.

Its coming Ernie...war is a coming.

Timmerman: Hezbollah is no longer a small gang of bang-men and two-bit thugs, but a world class terror operation with extraordinarily good intelligence, state-of-the-art communications, and networks spanning the globe. Hezbollah always retaliates when one of their men gets whacked. And with the exception of their top leader, Hassan Nasrallah, no one was more important than Mugniyeh to their organization.

FP: In other words, you are saying that Mugniyeh was involved with the 9/11 terror attack and so was Iran - and the Iranians might have very well killed him so that the full extent of their own involvement would not become known. Timmerman: There is absolutely no doubt that Mugniyeh and his masters in Iran were directly and materially involved in the 9/11 plot.

Here's a report in a well-respected journal, just 2 months after 9/11:

A Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) officer has reported that a senior HizbAllah figure was involved in the planning of the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States, and that the man, Imad Fayez Mugniyah, was also a close associate of Osama bin Laden. This lends further credence to reports of the involvement of both Imad Fayez Mugniyah, and to the close operating relationship of the Osama bin Laden organization with HizbAllah . This, by definition, implied an involvement or knowledge of the Iranian Government in the attacks, given the fact that HizbAllah is an Iranian-controlled organization.

SVR Colonel Yuri Perfilev, in an interview published in the Russian periodical Ogonek, edition No. 43, said that he knew "very well" Imad Fayez Mugniyah, a close associate of Osama Bin Laden who organized the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States. Imad Fayez Mugniyah now heads HizbAllah's foreign operations department, but in the 1980s, according to Perfilev, Mugniyah helped to organize the suicide attacks on the US Marine base in Beirut and the hijacking of a US airliner in 1985.

Yea, that struck me as kinda odd too..........

That and the fact that Timmerman is attempting to switch the focus of attention from Iraq's involvement in 9/11 to Iran.

Personally, I don't really care who was at fault, Iraq was the right thing to do and Iran should definitely be the next target. My concern here is Timmerman's attempt to now switch the blame to Iran and profit from his writings...........

Is he right or is he full of baloney? I don't know..........

Personally, I think the right thing to do would have been to remove a few dictators to give the message, “don’t do it”. Then, build an incredibly strong national defense, develop alternative oil sources, outlaw islam and close the boarders. None of our boys need to walk into Iran to get done there what needs to be done. Just my .02 though.

Delta guys have flown in and out of Beiruit International. In fact, as soon as I read the referenced quote, Delta was the first group that came to mind. Offhand, I’d say they know their way around Beiruit better than any other US paramilitary organization, given their experience escorting State types from zone to zone.

I don’t see Delta operating in Damascus though. My gut says there’s only one outfit with the numbers, experience and infrastructure necessary to operate covertly and violently there. Starts with an “M”.

There is no way that the Americans have any hand in this.

The American agency are like the Keystone Cops!

Your government is run by bumbling idiots interested in self preservation...just like olmert and his sh*tty corrupt government...

When 3000 Americans were murdered the Americans asked the UN for permission to attack Iraq...????

If the American government was serious about revenge they should have bombed the sh*t out of Iran...Not wait 8 years for Americans to forget about 911...

Go ahead, elect cliton or that piece of garbage obama... what you guys need is massive kick in the ass..maybe than you will wake up from your sleep.
