I don't think we could have quarantined all those in Africa.I should have been more clear; had it stayed an Africa-specific disease it would be a footnote here. They have all sorts of diseases over there that most of our doctors have never heard of.

I've thought that myself. But then, I'm sure we'd still be giving billions to Africa for treatment of AIDS. I don't really understand why.
