That's silly. ARound the time of David (1000 odd BC), you already had Indo-Europeans in Anatolia (the Hittites had been there since 2000+ BC) and Indo-Europeans like the Proto-Celt-Germanic-Slavs were in the Western parts of Eurasia -- what is now Europe had near impenetrable forests and the main development was either in Eastern Europe or along the south-western coastlines -- the south-western coastlines (like the south of Italy, France, around Spain and into Britain) had visitations from the Phoenicians, Phoenician (LEBANESE) colonies etc. Ports like CADIZ in spain date from those times, before the Greeks even had their golden age.
