I can understand saving money on medicine for acid reflux, or allergies, or headaches. If they don't work, you're merely uncomfortable.

There's also the risk of death or other serious problems with regards to other imported generic drugs, regardless of what they are supposed to do. At least here if something happens to you, there is always someone you can sue for damages. Try going after a foreign drug company. They'd laugh at you.
