We don't know our neighbors. We don't talk.

What neighborhood do you live in? Bet it isn't anywhere near the po' folks.

We believe that our pain is our own - we don't realize that the struggles and challenges of all of us are the same.

I believe that our future is the result of our hope for change in a brighter America. See how you can use so many words to say nothing? Making stuff out of nothing at all, to paraphrase the old Air Supply song.

Don't get sick in this country - not here. Americans are in debt not because they live frivolously but because someone got sick. And even with insurance, the deductibles and premiums are so high that people are still putting medication [and ?] treatments on credit cards.

Choices suck, don't they, Momma Bama? When's the gubmint gonna set us straight? Maybe Americans should stop wasting their money on entertainment, high-tech gadgets, and living beyond their means. If you have a full-time job, health care--if even partial--isn't hard to find or afford. Government isn't the answer.

That before we can work on the problems, we have to fix our souls - our souls are broken in this nation.

I'm glad you mentioned that. We're currently working on a proposal, should Obama win the presidency, regarding a new cabinet office--the Department of Healing. So far, Oprah's the frontrunner for cabinet Secretary.

Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual - uninvolved, uninformed...

Never? Sounds like a promise--or more accurately, a threat. Gotta love monarchy.

Ditto to everything you said.

And it does sound like a threat. I happen to like my life the way it is. Informed and involved. I just don’t want to keep paying for those who won’t and want the government to make it all better. Geez, these people are stupid.

I know my neighbors. We talk all the time, lol.

Americans, most, can pay for their own healthcare. We just can’t all pay for the latest fashion fads or high tech devices. Or vacations. Or cars. Or whatever.

Socialism at its best. Geez, when will people wake the hell up? I bet her speech engergized the masses of idiots.
