Exactly. Two guys are discussing killing the President and there's a transcript. That means it was being recorded with the knowledge of the two conspirators, which would make the conspirators really, really stupid, or law-enforcement was recording it without their knowledge, and then law-enforcement did nothing about it!

I clearly remember, that right after the assassination, one of the strippers in Ruby's club claimed that Ruby and Oswald had a meeting there and that she recognized Oswald from the newspaper photos.
