None of that can happen unless the Congress & the Senate go along with it. If McCain gets the win, all the RINO’s will probably go along with all those items you fear. At least if it’s Obama or Hillary, there will be gridlock for 4 years.

Helloooo! WHAT gridlock? The Democrats already control Congress and after a Dem win they will have a filibuster-proof majority, doing anything and everything they want, with a leftist president pushing through their agenda unconstrained — including stuffing the courts with leftist activist liberals.
