Investment? Heck, for all the nasty things said about him, and deservedly so, Castro’s Cuba does have a very high literacy rate and a lot of smart people.
Whether or not it will be allowed to happen... We’ll just have to wait and see.

It’s hard to buy into the smarts to a great extent, because Cuba is so backwards. I don’t necessarily disagree with your take on it though. I do think the education is probably fairly decent.

Maybe some of us will get a chance at them if Ron Pratte doesn't buy the good ones out from under us all.
