McCain was one of the biggest cheerleaders for Kosovo’s independence, and the bombing of Serbs, so it stands to reason that Al-Qaeda would like him.

McCain was one of the biggest cheerleaders for Kosovos independence, and the bombing of Serbs, so it stands to reason that Al-Qaeda would like him. Not to mention McCain's love of open borders and coddling the foreign invaders we already have in our nation. Talk about setting up the perfect infiltration/invasion plan for al Qaeda.

Sharon Stone believes the Sept. 11 attacks should not have been used as a pretext for the United States to launch wars in Afghanistan and Iraq,Sharon--what are your views about using Pearl Harbor as a pretext for declaring war against Japan?
Why does anyone even listen to these bimbos? Her major career move was to reveal, in gynecological detail, her feminine charms in Basic Instinct. And, charming as all that might be, it isn't exactly a qualification for determining American foreign policy.

In an article entitled "World Captivated By US Presidential Race", William J. Kole with the Associated Press writes that a mantra for "transformational change" is resonating across the rest of a planet desperate for a fresh start. And while Barack Obama is the candidate generating most of the buzz abroad, Kole interestingly enough, makes no mention of Obama's popularity here in Southeast Asia. Instead Kole focuses mainly on Obama's popularity in Europe and Japan. One might consider that omission a bit strange considering the fact that Obama spent his childhood years growing up in Indonesia. But make no doubt about it, the "transformational change" is already happening here.Almost a year ago, in an unprecedented and strongly worded foray into US politics, Australia's Prime Minister John Howard said an Obama victory in the presidential election would be disastrous for the war on terrorism. John Howard went on to state that if Barack Obama wins "Al Qaeda will trumpet it as the greatest victory they've ever had, and that will have implications in our region because of the link between Al Qaeda and JI (Jemaah Islamiyah)."

Absolutely.
And, from 9/01, NOT just since the surge. The US military has been thoroughly kicking al Qaeda’s ass with regularity all along.
But it needs to continue, perhaps for decades.

When Bin Laden released that tape, he gave us an ultimatum that was rather pointed - vote for John Kerry, or else. Oh, he didn’t say the exact words, but he was gauging the resolve and fortitude of the American people and hoping it was weakening (which it is if we don’t wake up and smell the coffee).

al Qaeda has already picked Obama.

McCain also wants to close Gitmo and give the terrorists ACLU trials right here in America. He is adamantly opposed to waterboarding and has accused America of torture in Iraq.
I can clearly see why Al Qaeda would like him.

I think al Qaeda and America haters everywhere, including cowardly, condescending EuroSocialists and the BritQueer media, would be happy with ANY of the three remaining viable candidates for the US presidency.

The author is intellectually dishonest and he knows it. What he’s really saying is ‘vote liberal to end the illegal wars against muslims’.
And as for Sharon Stone... she’s still referring to the thoroughly discredited ‘600,000 dead’ figure that was published in the Lancet. She’s uninformed and, frankly, stupid.

IMHO, this is absolute hogwash...despite Kosovo...which itself is a horror and an absolute wrong.
McCain will continue to take the war to the heart of Al-Quida country in the mid-east and they will continue to have to hide in holes in the ground and caves, in dread of any buzzing propellor sound for fear it may be the predator carrying the hellfire missile with their name on it.
Obama and Hillary will retreat from the area and ultimately Al-QUida will find safe havens and sanctuaries from which to plan and execute attacks directly against us.
Irrespective of his other failings, and they are many, McCain will not allow that to happen IMHO.
