Relevant Church head pastor Paul Wirth said the 50 percent divorce rate was the catalyst for The 30-Day Sex Challenge.

Leviticus 20:18
“If a man lies with a woman during her monthly period and has sexual relations with her, he has exposed the source of her flow, and she has also uncovered it. Both of them must be cut off from their people.
This has caused a lot of controversy, mainly because when the pastor declared that married couples should have sex every day, he didn’t specify it be between spouses.
A good sex life does not lead to a good marriage, but rarely is there a good marriage that doesn’t have a good sex life. If a couple has problems with sexual intimacy, it is often an indicator of deeper problems in the marriage. A challenge like this can reveal much about attitudes and apprehensions in a marraige and can be a useful tool to spotting a problem (even if a couple can't successfully meet the goals of the challenge, it can be a learning experience and hopefully it will be fun as well).
Who said that “sex” had to be intercourse everyday? There are plenty of ways to “play” without intercourse.

Unless he happens to be Jewish, that portion of Leviticus does not apply to him.
The covenent of Moses is for Jews only; gentiles fall under the covenent of Noah.

Or, a romantic movie and plenty of cuddle time.
Sex resides mostly in the mind. This challenge will hopefully remind many Christians of this fact. A daily dose of intimacy is a great way to spend a month.
I am proud to see a Church promote this type of Godly behavior.
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 7:
The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife’s body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband’s body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
Give and you shall receive.
Your spouse must be a real happy camper. We just celebrated our 29th anniversary and physical intimacy is a more important part of our relationship than ever.
If, in your view, it's about getting one's rocks off you're totally missing the point.
In John 17, when Jesus prays this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. He's using the same root word that's used in Genesis where it says Adam knew Eve, and she bore him a son.
Around our house we've spent the past 29 years as two becoming one ... we're much closer to that now than we were when we started. Sex isn't the only part of that, but it's one of the most important parts.
It’s a communication thing. Many times, one spouse will decide sex is unimportant to the relationship. The other spouse reads that as permission to go outside the marriage for satisfaction. Sometimes it is sex and sometimes it is something else.
I hear men say “My wife lost interest in sex so I took up fishing”. The wife tells her friends “All he does is go fishing”. When she tells him “Maybe if you stayed home more, we’d have sex more often”, all he hears is the “maybe”. Why trade a bird in the hand for one in the bush? But he tries staying home more and finds the sex doesn’t happen. So he sticks with fishing. Both couples end up waiting for a quid pro quo.
My wife will nag me to quit drinking and I’ll say “Ok, then we can have sex more often”. Then she goes and gets me a beer. Sweet life.
