Nope. must happen prior to the convention because the delegates must be sent and seated. One must also leave room for the appellate process, and enough time for the do-over if necessary, or take the chance on a win/lose decision. Then there is also the inevitable contesting of the Florida contest :D

I would bet on early spring for that attempt (which I do believe is coming).
