DC Police won't stop a destruction of property by a band of roving, left-wing terrorists; I doubt that they would step in and stop them from attacking concretebob, the Trooprallys or any other Freeper they decide to try and beat up.

Wait... as a matter of fact I know positively they wouldn't step in and stop it, nor would they take action when a citizen brings them proof of an assault and battery. I've been on the receiving end of physical attacks by the leftists in Washington, DC - and DC Police said to me, "Tough luck, missy." At that, I told the DC Police Lieutenant and the two detectives that I won't depend on them again to do their job, and that I would do whatever was necessary to defend myself.

DC Police are afraid of the leftists, because the leftists have a cadre of lawyers who will sue them at the drop of a hat.
