An anonymous, rabid, property destroying, leftwing poster on Indymedia has leveled threats of violence against me and Trooprally. Seems they take exception to people standing up and exercising their Constuttionally protected rights to speech, assembly, and association.

Welcome to the club. I can’t tell you how many nasty emails I’ve received, not just from leftist but from rabid Paul, McCain, Romney, and Huckabee supporters. It just is the nature of the game. against people who are excercising their Constitutionally protected rights of assembly, association, and speech.

Accusing me and two friends of making threats and defacing the Wall is called projection or transference.
They accuse us of doing the things they are actually doing, thinking it makes what they do justfiable.

Seems the "peaceful non-violent left" is not happy that others with differing opinions are speaking out and standing up.

Jesus is a peace activist. There are different ways to preach a message of peace.

Carrying an “I Support The Insurgents” banner and “I support our troops when they shoot their officers” sign is NOT the work of a genuine peace movement. The media has sheilded the public from the Left’s true message against our military/administration.

The media can spot hate groups at a Jena Six protest. They know political extremism when they see it. But when they agree with the politics, they will hold their tongue.

So, when faced with threats of violence against one’s First Amendment right to peacefully assemble and counterprotest, one should then exercise one’s Second Amendment right to defend oneself AND one’s First Amendment right.

Pretty simple to me...also to the lefties, which is why they’re so desperately trying to destroy the Second Amendment.

Three active members of the DC Chapter are threatened with getting their asses kicked by some radical punks in DC, and a mod thinks this is something we should just "chat" about?

I think this belongs in a news sidebar. Freeper activists need to know what's going on in the simple minds of their adversaries, especially when those simple minds are threatening violence.

My thoughts exactly. When I saw that picture, it literally made me see red.

My father served and was buried under that flag.

People have shed their blood, been horribly wounded and died under that flag, alone, far from their homes and loved ones, often to preserve the “right” of the suckbags in that image to practice their First Amendment rights in that way that they have seen fit.
